Consistent daily work, content planning, page management, performance monitoring and clear communication.

You earn

A share of the profit these pages generate. You're paid from profit — when the pages earn, you earn. This is a profit-share partnership, not a salaried job.

Practical screening

You receive five pages and access to our software. What would you do in your first seven days?

A page suddenly loses reach overnight. What would you check first, and what next?

How would you source content and verify we have permission to publish it?

Describe a work problem you solved — what you personally did and what happened. Beginners may use another relevant project.

We work to agreed workflows, you send progress updates, and a written agreement is signed before starting.

Please note: this is a profit-share partnership — you're paid from the profit the pages make, not a salary. Access to company-provided pages, software and work computers does not transfer ownership of them to you, and this partnership does not grant company equity.
